Karkala: The ATM and e-stamping facility was inaugurated at the MCC Bank's Karkala Branch.
The ATM was inaugurated by Karkala MLA V. Sunil Kumar and the e-stamping facility was inaugurated by Deputy Registrar of Co-Op. Societies, Udupi, Praveen B. Nayak.
Rev. Fr. George D'souza, rector and parish priest of St. Lawrence Minor Basilica, Attur Church, Karkala, blessed the ATM and the branch premises.
Jerald Jude D'silva, Vice Chairman of the bank and branch in-charge director welcomed the dignitaries and the customers. He requested the customers to work hand-in-hand with the management and staff to reach new heights and realise the bank's vision.
MLA Sunil Kumar praised the bank for introducing the ATM and e-stamping in the Karkala area. He urged the staff and customers to be business-oriented which will help the bank to progress.
Praveen B. Nayak, Deputy Registrar of Co-Op. Societies, Udupi, reminded that the century-old bank should have greater achievements and emphasized the need for dedicated customer service. He promised his co-operation in all banking aspects.
Fr. George D'souza congratulated the bank for the notable progress made in the last 10 years. He opined that customer service with a smile and a helping nature would yield good dividends.
Anil Lobo, Chairman of the Bank, thanked the gathering for their support. He called upon the customers to cooperate for the progress of the bank and requested them to give suggestions for its growth.
Rayan Praveen K, Manager (i/c) compered the programme and Anitha D'souza, staffer, thanked the dignitaries and the gathering.
