Hubbaalli: “We have no confidence in the CID enquiry ordered by the Chief Minister”, said State BJP president Pralhad Joshi addressing the death of 14-year-old girl in Thirthahalli case.
After making an unsettling demand that the State government should instigate an action into the mysterious death of 14-year-old girl Nandita in Thirthahalli case of Shivamogga district.

State BJP president Pralhad Joshi on Tuesday November 5, demanded a CBI enquiry in the case.

He said further continued to make allegation against the Home Minister K.J. George and Shivamogga district in-charge minister and Primary and Secondary Education Minister Kimmane Rathnakar.

He said that, they have failed to stop increasing incidents of rape in the state. An impartial inquiry is not possible in the Thirthahalli case if the two ministers continued to stay in their posts.

The state government is playing vote-bank politics by trying to protect a particular community in the case, he added.
