How to fight the coronavirus at the outset

In the tragedy that is unfolding around the world let us have a look as to how to tackle this virus.

First, let’s see how, in the initial stage of viral replication, the human body tackles it. It does so by mounting an initial antiviral defense and if it is inadequate then the second line of Defence is to prevent viral replication by increasing the body temperature and what we need to do is to help the body in its fight by increasing the body temperature by frequent sipping of hot water which is to be done in the initial prodromal phase, that is when you first get a slight feverish feeling, sore throat body ache, malaise. That is the time when you frequently need to SIP hot water until you start sweating because when you sweat the body temperature increases by 1 Degree and the body tries to cool it down by sweating.

When the body temperature increases, viral replication will stop, permitting the body to mount an immune defense and kill it. Now if we do this for the next 48 hours when the viral load is minimal the body’s immune defenses will kick in and completely clear the virus. This has got to be done in the initial 48 hours in order to arrest viral replication and allow the body to mount an immune defense.

Increasing body temperature is what animals do. When they became sick, they would sit in bright sunlight and increase body temperature preventing the virus from multiplying. They would also ingest certain grass that contains the requisite requirements to increase body immunity. Do you remember that our great or great grandparents would ask us to sit in hot sunlight whenever there was a virus infection and they would say that the hot sunlight temperature would kill the invading organisms. That was ancient wisdom.

The body should have the requisite ingredients that are required in order to be able to mount the immune defense. What are the requirements for a good immune system to function? The requirements are adequate iron, zinc, Vitamin C, and amino acids.
Iron is the backbone of the immune system which is why we say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away–why because when we cut an apple it becomes red due to the iron getting oxidized that shows that Apple has a rich iron content. If not Apple it could be black raisins or black dates. However, in this regard, we must be cautious to avoid tea because it prevents iron from getting absorbed from the diet.

After iron comes zinc which is the second backbone of the immune system and without zinc, the immune system is not fighting fit, and therefore we must ensure that adequate zinc 61 milligrams per day are ingested. Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and watermelon seeds – these are enriched with zinc. Zinc and iron supplements are also an invaluable source.

Vit c… in this scourge, we find surprisingly that animals are largely untouched. Why is that so? Its because they largely amplify the production of ascorbate or Vitamin C to nearly 6000mg per day. Humans have mutated in that humans cannot synthesize Vitamin C. Vitamin C is the backbone of an antiviral immune defense mechanism and this itself was advocated by the eminent Nobel Laureate Linus Pauling and therefore we must have oral ingestion of Vitamin C to be able to have the requisite defense mechanism. And this can come from fresh lime or Vitamin C tablets.

To be able to produce adequate antibodies we must have adequate amino acid and this is largely obtained from sprouted grains. Therefore we must have an adequate intake of sprouted grains that have a high content of protein or pure animal protein or amino acid supplement. In the absence of requisite amino acids, the immune defense mechanism cannot function adequately.

So now let us now put the whole thing together. What are the requirements to have a very efficient immune system number 1 adequate amino acids, number 2 iron, number 3 zinc number, 4 Vitamin C.

If we look at those patients who are succumbing to this virus are those who do not have an adequate immune system and those with comorbid conditions. When there are comorbid conditions the focus is more on managing that condition rather than immune enhancement as a consequence of which they become susceptible.

So, let me affirm that if any person develops an infection, at the outset when there is feverish feeling, body ache, a slightly running nose, immediately every 15 minutes SIP hot water which is tolerably hot until one sweet and keep doing it for the next 48 hours, as well as supplementing what is required for a good immune system-my guarantee is that nobody should die.

This should also be done by those who have visited a hotspot or an area where coronavirus infection is prevalent, as well as those who are exposed to covid19 patients as well those who are exposed to Carriers, my assurance is the terrible tragedy of the enormous number of deaths happening around the world will not happen.

However let me caution that this is only effective in the first 48 hours of infection and after which the virus gains a grip on the human body and in about two days time, the body mounts a very powerful immune defense mechanism, what is called the cytokine storm beyond which, it is a point of no return.

A few words on the new plasma therapy. Plasma therapy is when a patient has recovered, his body has achieved the requisite immune defenses to fight the virus and has recovered. His plasma is administered into a patient who is sinking. My take on that is, instead of waiting for a person to sink, from day 1 increase the immune defense mechanism by supplementing what is required, sip hot water to arrest viral replication… will survive and not require the current outlook on plasma therapy

Your doctor can prescribe supplements that contain amino acids, Vitamin C, Iron, and Zinc.
