Saudi Press: Saudi Arabia to Open its Land, Sea and Air Ports in Jan 2021

 Riyadh: Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at the local, regional, and international arenas

Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has exerted tremendous and unprecedented efforts to protect civilians and all residents of different nationalities from COVID-19 pandemic.

The newspaper added that Saudi Arabia had applied various and effective preventives and precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.

The newspaper concluded by saying that in this regard, the Ministry of Interior announced issuing of royal approval for the lifting of complete restrictions, previously imposed due to the spread of coronavirus COVID-19, on the departure and return of citizens to and from the Kingdom and allowing the opening of air, sea and land ports, and it will take place after the first of January 2021.
