UAE: “HMC United”, a team of young and like-minded multi-communal people residing in UAE, under the leadership of Shakeel Hassan, conferred the first-ever International peace awards to those dignitaries serving for the cause of humanity and peace worldwide.
Chairman of Fortune Group of Hotels Praveen Shetty, MD of ACME Building Materials LLC Harish Sherigar, Chairman of Thumbay Group Thumbay Moideen, actor and social worker Varun Pruthi, Founder of Plan B LLC Harmeek Singh and other dignitaries who have done exceptional service towards mankind, and inspired others to follow their footsteps were honoured at the resplendent event.
Chairman of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority His Excellency Rasheed Alleem along with His Excellency Suhail Al Zarooni conferred the awards. Initially, Founder President of HMC United Shakeel Honnala introduced and explained the mission behind forming HMC United. He said, “Presently, human value is not considered in the world because one is human but it’s measured by their religion. Communal intolerance is becoming a major reason for people to lose respect for each other and this is effecting the era of global village. In HMC United, we taken the initiative to spread the message of humanity to world.”
Famous anchor RJ Sahil along with RJ Jutt compered the programme. Vice President Khaleel Honnala welcomed the guests. UAE’s famous dance institute ABCD performed to superb dance numbers keeping the audience enthralled.
