Mysuru: Rationalist, writer KS Bhagwan was hospitalized after he had a fall during his regular evening walk at Lava Kusha Park in Kuvempunagar, here on Friday. Alert gunmen immediately shifted him to Suyog hospital in Ramakrishnanagar.
Bhagwan suffered breathing problem and collapsed all of a sudden, during his routine walk.
Speaking to Newskarnataka Bhagwan’s wife said that the rationalists were recuperating.
It may be recalled that the author had stoked controversy with his book ‘Rama Mandira Yeke Beda'(Why we don’t need Ram Mandir?). A complaint was lodged against him for hurting sentiments of Hindus by portraying Rama as a womanizer into the book.
