Mysuru: Fans of romantic novels and movies will be familiar with the concept of expressing one’s feelings for the other by writing to them in blood… their own blood.
While most of us will attribute this concept to lovers, one fan used this same method to express his deep admiration for his idol.
Sandesh is a die-hard fan of BJP leader and Lok Sabha member from the Kodagu constituency, Pratap Simha and wanted to do something special for his idol. So, to wish the MP on his birthday, which incidentally falls on the International Yoga Day, Sandesh wrote a poem in his own blood.
The poem also enumerates Simha’s various achievements over the last four years.
During a function held to celebrate the MP’s birthday, that was organised by the BJP Yuva Morcha, the poem was presented to Simha.
