Mysore: Former speaker Krishna advised Nikhil that his entry into politics was too early when he had good opportunities in cinema. He could have contested legislative assembly election before contesting the Lok Sabha election.

MLA Anita Kumaraswamy, RL Shivaramegowda, Minister SR Mahesh along with Nikhil held meeting with Krishna. The report says that Nikhil requested Krishna for his support in Mandya.

After meeting former speaker Krishna on Saturday night, LR Shivaramegowda, addressing the media said when Ambareesh wanted to leave politics why does Sumalatha want it?

Shivaramesgowda said that he does not have any objection if Sumalatha contests in other party tickets, but contesting as an independent candidate is not good for her future.

Shivaramegowda had requested Rockline Venkatesh to advice Sumalatha not to contest the elections.

SR Mahesh said that Nikhil and Abhishek ( Sumalatha’s son) are good friends. She could consider her son’s friend as son and stop contesting. She may be contesting under pressure from someone said, Mahesh.
