Bengaluru: Mysuru DC Abhiram G Sankar has been transferred. According to sources, he will soon join the central services in Mussoorie.
For the time being, he has been transferred as the Joint Director of Administrative Training Institute (ATI) located in Mysuru.
Kalaburugi DC B Sharath has been transferred to Mysuru in his place. Vasireddy Vijaya Jyothsna will be the new DC of Kalaburugi. She was serving in the labor department until now.
Both Abhiram G Sankar and Sharath are hailed for effectively fighting the Covid 19 pandemic in their respective districts.
