Mysuru: The Builders Association of India (BAI) Mysuru unit in association with Centre and Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India and Mysore Builders Charitable Trust will be conducting a three-day property show “MyRealty 2018” at Radisson Blu Hotel from August 24 to 26.
MyRealty Chairman G Ashok said, “The expo is a platform for customers to meet their requirements of home and look into all the projects coming up in Mysuru. This property show is an exhibit of layouts, apartments, villa, row houses from well-known builders and developers along with home loan financial institutes of Mysuru. We have around 40 stalls in the property show. It will be a perfect venue for both buyers and sellers. The expo will have more than 35 developers.” He also mentioned that investment in real estate is a valid investment.
‘Real estate picking up’
“After demonetisation, for few months, there was a drop in real estate business but now it has picked up”, added Ashok.
District In-charge Minister G T Devegowda will be inaugurating the expo at 4.30 PM. N Muthukumar, Chairman, CII Karnataka State Council and V K Jagadish Babu, Chairman and Managing Director, Sankalp Group, Mysuru and Chairman, CREDAI, Karnataka will also be present. On all the three days, the expo will be opened for public from 10 AM to 8 PM.
MyReality 2018 Secretary S Shashiraj, BAI Mysuru Centre Secretary Ajit Narayan and CREDAI President Y G Chinnaswamy were also present.
