Mysuru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is of the opinion that chances of the Congress coming to power seems bright in Gujarat.
Speaking to reporters at his native village on Wednesday, before proceeding to take part in the wedding ceremony of his nephew, the CM said that the Modi Magic is fading away in Gujarat, to the extent that people are not even going to the PM’s rallies.
“The meetings and rallies in Patel community hubs are turning out to be flop shows. Even otherwise, there are hardly four to five thousand people at his rallies.
People have learnt that Modi’s speeches are full of empty promises,” said the CM adding that as far as tickets to candidates in the state is concerned, only efficient ones will be given tickets.
Earlier, the CM was seen seated on a chair outside his residence at Siddaramanahundi, interacting with the locals.
