Mysuru: “There were no irregularities during my tenure” claimed former Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) former vice chancellor Prof. K S Rangappa on July 7.
Addressing the media at a private hotel, Professor K S Rangappa opened himself for an inquiry by any investigation agency in connection with the fake marks card racket haunting KSOU lately.
“I served at KSOU for 7 years and carried out many changes in administration”, said Prof. Rangappa and demanded a thorough probe into the entire fake marks racket.
