Mysuru: In their drunken stupor, a group of youth crashed their car into the compound wall of the residence of Vipul Kumar, IGP (Southern Range) in Mysuru on the night of Tuesday, June 26.
Three youths were travelling in a car. Reportedly, the man behind the wheel of the car who was driving rashly under the influence of alcohol lost control and hit the boundary wall. As a result, a portion of the wall collapsed.
The police personnel, who rushed to the spot upon hearing the loud crash, apprehended one of the youth. Two others, however, managed to escape from the spot.
The police have started a manhunt to nab the others involved in the incident.
