Mysuru: The Hotel Owners Association, Mysuru, has released a calendar depicting various tourist spots of the district, to promote tourism.
H P Janardan, Deputy Director of Tourism Department, released the calendar.
Speaking after releasing the calendar, Janardan said, “It is a very good initiative on the part of Hotel Owners Association to have come up with a calendar that portrays various tourist spots of Mysuru.”
Addressing the media, Narayana Gowda, President of Hotel Owners Association, Mysuru, said, “For the last four years, we are coming out with calendars with attractive and familiar tourists spots, with an intention to promote tourism. The calendar will also be put up in all the hotels at prominent places. Once tourists go through the calendar, they will definitely get attracted to the tourist spots depicted in it, and plan to visit those places.”
