Mysuru: Two youths sustained serious injuries during a clash between groups that broke out atop the Chamundi Hills late on Sunday night. The Krishnaraja police arrested 10 youths in connection with the incident.
According to the police, a group of 10 youths, who were under the influence of alcohol, attacked another group and thrashed them. Two of the youths were beaten up for over 30 minutes. Both of them were seriously injured and were rushed to a private hospital.
The police were alerted to the situation by the devotees who witnessed the clash.
An investigation into the incident is now underway.
