Mysuru: Housing minister V Somanna has said that an all-party meeting has been postponed as Chief Minister B.S Yeddiyurappa is infected with coronavirus.
Speaking to media persons after visiting the Chamundeshwari Temple at Chamundeshwari Hills, Mysuru, he warned of tough measures to curb Corona. There were a couple of draw back as far as cremation is concerned in Bengaluru and measures have already been taken to set this right, he informed.
Responding to the allegation by Congress that the BJP has used money power in the by-election, he said that the accusations were false and Congress has no moral right do that. We had brought the same issue during Congress tenure and they are accusing our government of the same, he said. He further expressed confidence that the BJP will triumph in all the three constituencies – Basavakalyana, Maski and Belagavi.”
“After the by-election campaign, I underwent Covid test and the report too has come negative.” I took the covid test as I did not want to inconvenience others and also people who accompanied me have also been tested negative, he added.
