Mysuru:  Mallesh, a BJP leader in Chamarajanagar, called 36 deaths in the district hospital owing to an oxygen shortage “murders” on Sunday June 20.

The deaths were caused by the then-Deputy Commissioner of Mysuru Rohini Sindhuri’s negligence, arrogance, and unwillingness to cooperate, he alleged.

He visited Mysuru to lodge a complaint against her and submit a few documents at the office of the one-man commission headed by Justice B. A. Patil who was probing the oxygen tragedy. As the office was closed, he would submit the documents on Monday June 21.
