Arjun Ranga renominated as Chairman of CII Mysore zone

Mysuru: Arjun Ranga, Managing Director, N Ranga Rao and Sons, has been re-nominated as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru Zone, for 2018-19.

Arjun Ranga who holds an engineering degree from SJCE, Mysore, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management-International Business School, USA, with specialisation in marketing and strategy and as a business visionary has taken Cycle Pure Agarbathies to new heights and has achieved growth figures that are rarely seen in mature FMCG categories. In the last one year as chairman of CII, Mysuru chapter, he had taken up various programmes for welfare and progress of the industries. It may be recalled that previous chairman of CII, Mysuru chapter, Muthukumar too had served for two terms.

Bhaskar Kalale, Senior Vice President & Head of India Operations, Theorem Inc has been nominated as Vice Chairman, CII Mysuru Zone 2018-19. Kalale is an IT and ITeS professional with 25 years of experience in the industry. He holds BE in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University, MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, Chicago and an MBA from Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles. Kalale was the Convenor of CII Mysuru IT Panel for the past two years. Prior to joining Theorem, Bhaskar spent 20 years in the US working for startups and large product and services companies in the Silicon Valley, where he held senior level positions.
