Mangalore: An unidentified young man lost his life after he jumped out of a moving bus in a bid to alight even before the bus reached the bus stop at Baikampady on May 15, Wednesday.
The age of the youth is said to be around 25. It is learnt, the youth all of a sudden jumped out of the bus only to get crushed under the rear tyre. He met an instant death. The bus dragged his body upto ten feet before it stopped at the bus stand.
The route no. 13 A bus named Annapoorneshwari was operating on the Kunjathbail-Katipalla Kaikamba road when the mishap took place.
Panambur police are conducting investigations.
