Mangaluru: Three persons alleged to have set fire to CPI(M) office at Thokkottu ahead of Keral CM Pinarayi Vijayan’s visit to Mangalure have been arrested and a search is on to nab the other miscreants.
The police acting on credible information arrested Deekshit and D K Rakshit both of whom have a criminal record, including a murder charge and Benny R recently.
It maybe recalled that amid the protests that were held to protest Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayam’s visit to the city, miscreants had set fire to CPI(M) office at Thokkottu with the intent of burning the banners, hoardings etc that were stored there for use during the Sauharda Rally.
