Mangaluru: SpiceJet Aircraft will start operating direct flight between Mangaluru and New Delhi from August 4.
As per the schedule, the flight will take off from Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) at 6.15 am and arrive at New Delhi airport at around 8.55 am. The flight will return from New Delhi airport at 8.30 pm and reach the MIA at around 11.15 pm. The same flight will return to New Delhi at 6.15 in the morning.
Earlier, Jet Airways was operating between Mangaluru and New Delhi. However, it stopped its operation for different reasons and there was no direct flight to New Delhi, the capital of the country. Due to this, if a passenger has to go to New Delhi, he should go either to Mumbai or Bengaluru. With the new SpiceJet operation, the Delhi passengers will be benefited.
SpiceJet, Indigo, Air India flights operate from the MIA to other different locations like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Dubai , Doha. Qatar, Sharjah, Bahrain, Kuwait and Muscat.
