Mangaluru: A 26-year motorcyclist was crushed to death by a speeding car near KPT on Tuesday, November 13.
The deceased has been identified as Wilson (26), a resident of Inoli, Konaje. Sources from the East Traffic police station informed that Wilson was riding his motorcycle from Nanthoor to Kottara. Meanwhile, he lost control over his motorcycle and hit against the divider. As the result, he and the pillion rider thrown to the road. Meanwhile, a speeding car plying from behind mowed the rider Wilson to death. Wilson succumbed on the spot due to head injuries. The pillion rider was immediately shifted to a hospital where he is recuperating, sources said.
A case has been registered at Mangaluru East Traffic Police Station in this regard.
