SCDCC bank to open three new branches on March 20, 22 and 26

Mangaluru: The President of South Canara District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd Dr. MN Rajendra Kumar, on Thursday, March 15 informed that three new branches of SCDCC bank will be inaugurated on March 20, 22 and 26 at Darbe in Puttur, Muddoor in Udupi and in Damaskatte, Ikala Village, Mangaluru respectively.

Addressing a press meet at his office, Dr. Kumar said that with the addition of the three new branches the total number of branches in Karnataka will increase from 102 to 105.

Speaking about the new branches, Rajendra Kumar said, “MLA Shakunthala Shetty will inaugurate the new branch at Darbe in ‘Shrirama Saudha Puttur’ on March 20. The branch at Mudooru in the ‘Hegde Complex’ will be inaugurated by Udupi district in-charge minister Pramod Madhwaraj on March 22 and the branch at Damaskatte in the ‘Annapoorneshwari complex’ will be inaugurated by MLA and former minister Abbaychandra Jain on March 26.

Dr. Kumar added that during the inauguration of these three branches a special prize will be given on the basis of a lucky draw to the existing customers. Those customers who already have a minimum deposit of Rs 2000 and those who have already deposited Rs 25,000 for a period of over one year are eligible for the lucky draw. The first prize of the lucky draw is a 4 gram gold coin and the second prize is a 2 gram gold coin.
