Saanidhya’s Vision-2018 inaugurated

Mangaluru: Proprietor of Ideal Ice-creams Mukund Kamath inaugurated “Vision-2018”, an art and craft exhibition programme organised by the Saanidhya Special School for Mentally Challenged, at Kadri Park, on March 10.

Addressing the gathering he said that the present education system was getting commercialised. The teachers who look after the differently-abled children should put in immense efforts to bring them into the mainstream.

“People who are economically stable should come forward to donate for this noble cause”, Kamath added.

Yamuna D, District Disabled Welfare Officer, DK was the chief guest.

Former mayor Mabala Marla and Administrator of Saanidhya Vasanth Kumar Shetty was present during the programme.
