Mangaluru: “The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is the real anti-Hindu element as it is trying to reap benefits out of deaths of Hindu youth,” alleged Bajrang Dal former state convener Mahendra Kumar on Sunday.
He was addressing the gathering at a session `Horalu Nota` organised during the second day of `Jannudi` literary conference organised at Shanthi Kiran building in Bajjodi. Informing about what factors led him to break ties with the Hindutva outfit that he headed, Mahendra Kumar said, “when a youth named Gokul from Shivamogga was brutally murdered, leaders of the RSS and the BJP asked me to take the issue of Gokul murder and use it for political gain. I refused to do so“, he said.
Mahendra Kumar said,“the intention of the RSS is to bring the BJP to power. In order to attain that goal, the RSS is using innocent youth and forcing them to involve in criminal activities. Hence, there is a need to safeguard our country from the clutches of the RSS“, he added.
