Mangaluru: Minister HD Revanna has often been in news for wrong reasons and even this time he has hit headlines for misbehaving in public.
Revanna, who paid a visit to the famous Kateel Sri Durgaparameshwari temple in Dakshina Kannada district on Sunday reportedly lost his cool when a journalist videographed him inside the temple.
He then directed the police to delete off the video too.
While nobody knows what irked the minister and what exactly was the conversation between the minister and the scribe, the video shows an angry Revanna speaking to a videographer inside the temple, following which a policeman takes the scribe to a corner of the temple.
The state coalition government is battling for survival and while most of the top ministers of the Congress and the JDS are trying to pacify the angry legislators, Revanna is on a temple run.
Revanna has been the reason behind several embarrassing situations for the JDS even in the past. May it be throwing biscuit packs at Kodagu food victims or his frequent spat with IAS officers in his home turf, the minister has often courted controversies.
Even his brother and Chief Minister HD Kumarswamy has lost his calm on the reporters in the recent past.
