Mangaluru: The tyre of a private bus burst causing it to topple here near Arkula on Wednesday, August 1.
The bus, plying between Mangaluru and Puttur is said to have hit the road divider and rammed into a car coming from other direction before toppling over owing to the tyre burst. The car occupant is said to be in a critical condition while 15 others onboard the bus too have sustained injuries,
The injured have been shifted to a private hospital nearby.
