Pro-Pak slogans: Police serves notices to six

Mangaluru: A day after former MLA JR Lobo appealed to City Police Commissioner Vipul Kumar to take stringent action against those who were responsible for posting doctored video of the Congress party worker’s celebrating the coalition government in the state, Police Commissioner appointed ACP M Jagadish to investigate the case.

Police have registered the case and inquired four people and served notice to six people seeking explanation about the incident.

It is also gathered that the police will collect information from Facebook regarding the case.

It may be recalled that Congress party workers had celebrated of coalition government in the state, on Saturday May 19. However, the video posted on FB showed these party workers shouting out
Pro-Pakistan slogans.
