Pilikula Bilogical Park gets some brand new guests!

Mangaluru: The Pilikula Biological Park has got some news entries that are guaranteed to attract more tourists. Among the new additions to the zoo are black swans and hyenas.

As per the exchange plan of the Central Zoo Authority (CZA), Pilikula Biological Park recently exchanged some animals with the Mysuru zoo. While the Pililula Biological Park has sent two 3-year-old Bengal tigers, four king cobras and two ducks to the Chamarajendra zoo in Mysuru, the latter has sent four black swans, two hyenas and two bison.

Black swans and the hyenas will be available within a week’s time at the Pilikula zoo. Pilikula Biological Park director Jayaprakash Bhandary, in a press release, said that more animals like white tigers, darter birds, Rhea birds etc will be brought from other zoos in the coming days.
