Mangalore : N Prakash, DC of Dakshina Kannada who has been transferred to Bangalore as Labour Commissioner was given a warm farewell at his office here on December 13, Friday. The DC had earlier handed over charge to ZP CEO Tulasi Maddineni.
Responding to the honour conferred on him, Prakash said he has the satisfaction of providing a good administration with the active support of all the officials and staff.
Prakash later on honoured Manohar, an officer in the DC office by offering him the shawl gifted to him, as a kind gesture to the latter’s sincere and dedicated service.
Ajith Hegde, Commissioner of Mangalore city Corporation, Krishnamurthi, Puttur Assistant Commissioner and others were present.
