Mangaluru: Mangalore Lok Sabha member Nalin Kumar Kateel felicitated the newly appointed Bishop Rev. Fr. Dr. Peter Paul Saldhana on Wednesday, August 28.
Both greeted each other in the local language Tulu, and also recalled that Christian Welfare Fund was initiated when the BJP government was in power.
Nalin Kumar assured the Bishop that all the seven elected legislative members of Dakshina Kannada will help him in all the possible ways.
Dakshina Kannada District BJP Minority Wing President Joel D’Souza, Rector Rev.Fr. Joseph Martis of St. Joseph’s Seminary, Rev. Fr. Maxim Rosario and senior advocate MP Noronha were also present.
