Mumbai’s Ribbons and Balloons pastry shop opens in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: July 12th was a great day for Mangaloreans and their taste buds, as Ribbons and Balloons, Mumbai’s leading and some would say iconic retail chain of pastry shops opened shop at G1, Lalbagh towers, Ballalbagh circle, Mangalore. Mangaloreans love to party and with Ribbons and Balloons the party never stops! It’s that sweet!

It was inaugurated by the Mayor of the Mangalore City Corporation, Bhaskar Moily and Yash Shetty, CEO, Ribbons and Balloons. Mr. Sathish Shetty and Mr. Tanmay Gokhale the owners of the franchisee were present.

The outlet will provide Mangaloreans with over 150 products like cakes, pastries, desserts, savouries, donuts, snacks etc to choose from to satiate their cravings.

Mumbai’s iconic bakery chain has been brought to Mangalore by its owner, a son of the soil, Satish Shetty. Speaking to Newskarnataka, Mr. Sathish Shetty CMD said that they have plans of opening outlets across the coastal belt from Kundapur to Puttur. This and other outlets will be catered from a massive 10000 Sq ft factory in Baikampady industrial area which will produce these savouries with high-quality ingredients and hygienic processes. The brand’s reach across Mumbai and Pune is already testimony to that.
