Mangaluru: Land trades is celebrating its 28th anniversary with a gala property show from October 28 to 31 and will be hosted at the Milestone-25, their landmark commercial development at Collector’s Gate, Balmatta.
Prospective home buyers and visitors are invited to drop in between 10 AM and 7 PM and avail attractive offers on property purchases. Customers can also enjoy spot offers on individual apartments, assured gold coins on bookings, no GST on selected projects and no processing fees on home loans.
To assist eligible buyers with finance and spot sanction of loans, home loan counters will be set up at the property show.
The occasion of the 28th anniversary was celebrated by inaugurating the Property Show 2020 on Wednesday, at 10 AM at the Milestone 25 Complex. The event was graced by well-wishers and prospective clients of Land Trades Builders & Developers.
