Mangaluru: The 12th edition of the Kavita Fest will be held at ‘Bodhi Tree- The Farm house’ at Bishop’s Compound Road, Jeppu, Managlauru on January 14.
Several Konkani poets and poetry enthusiasts from various states will participate in the day-long event. The event will start with an inaugural procession at 9.30 am and culminate with a prize distribution ceremony at 5.30 pm. Renowned Kannada novelist K T Gatti will grace the event as the chief guest. Famed Konkani singer Meena Rebimbus will inaugurate the fest.
A poetry session, reciting competition and interactive session are among the highlights of the upcoming fest.
