Mangaluru: Autorickshaw drivers and Owners Association attached to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal, have decided to give free service from 10 am to 4 pm on May 9, in order to facilitate devotees’ access into the Kadri Manjunanatha temple during the Brahmakalashotsava programme.

As per the association’s decision, over 100 autorickshaw drivers will give free service from and to KPT, Bunts Hostel Circle and Mallikatte circle to the Kadri Manjunatha temple. Devotees alighting the buses in these three locations, can utilise this opportunity.

Vishwanth Shetty, a member of the association told Newskarnataka.com that the members have taken this decision voluntarily to help the devotees participate in the Brahmakalashotsava rituals. “It is our special service to the people as part of the religious ritual,” he added.
