Mangaluru: Former union minister B Janardhana Poojary’s autobiography titled “Saala Melada Sangrama” will be released by himself on January 26, at 5:30 PM in Kudroli Gokarnatheshwara Temple premises.
Addressing a press meet at Kudroli Gokarnatheshwara Temple premises here on January 22, B Janardhana Poojary said that the autobiography would be brought out in three languages-Kannada, English and Hindi. The book consists of 9 chapters and 210 pages.
“The book throws light on my childhood days, entry to politics, hurdles I have faced in politics, rift in the party during Devaraj Urs’ tenure, my experience as advocate”, Poojary said.
“Saala Melada Sangrama” is written by writer Lakshmana Kodase as dictated by Janardhana Poojary and published by Santhosh Kumar Poojary and Preetham Poojary.
Poojary also mentioned that he had shared his political experience with veteran leaders like Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Narasimha Rao.
He also said that he would personally go to Delhi and hand over the copies of the book to Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and AICC President Rahul Gandhi.
