Mangaluru: J Arun Chakravarthy, Inspector General of Police, Internal Security division, Bengaluru has been transferred with immediate effect and posted untill further orders as Inspector General of Police (IGP), Western Range, Mangaluru on February 9.
His predecessor IGP Hemanth Nimbalkar has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police of Criminal Investigation Department, Economic Offences, Bengaluru in the existing vacancy.
Ravi Kumar H Naik, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Intelligence has been transferred and posted till further orders as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Security, Bengaluru.
