Mangaluru: The HDFC Bank Kadri Branch launched their “Diwali Festive treats” business campaign on October 27 at their branch premises. Retired Syndicate Bank Manager and long standing customer M.V. Mallya inaugurated the campaign by symbolically lighting the lamp.
In his address, he stressed the need for efficient customer service since the customer is king. He also appealed to the bank staff to redress the customers grievances which will yield good business and better returns. He wished the campaign a grand success.
Eminent Engineer and a very valued customer Narasimbha Kamath graced the occasion as chief guest. In his address, he lauded the excellent services rendered by the branch and congratulated the manager and his team of staff members.
Bank cluster head Chidanandha Shetty dwelt in detail about the various schemes and offers introduced by the bank during the festival, such as low rate of interest on loans against housing business, Electronic goods, gold, vehicles loan, personal loans and easy equated monthly instalments and also concession in interest rates and document processing fees. Attractive discount on purchases against credit/debit cards across the reputed, apparels, electronic goods, grocery, jewellery outlets. He further appealed the customers to avail this golden opportunity which will be in force till November 15.
Earlier Branch Manager Ravindra Poojary in his welcome address revealed that the bank has earned customers loyalty and trust and his team of dedicated staff members are committed to render very efficient services. Later, customer relation officer Pavithra Shetty proposed a vote of thanks. Customer Relationship Manager Muralidhar Puthran compered the program.
