Mangaluru: As Tulu film ‘Girgit’ has completed 100 days in the box office and achieved huge success in the Coastalwood film industry, the film crew has planned to organise a huge programme “Girgit Vijayotsava’ at the Kadri ground on December 21.
Director and hero of the movie, Roopesh Shetty informed about the scheduled programme on Thursday, December 19. He said that the film has been released in 15 different countries in the world and has achieved a huge success. “As the film has set a new record in the Coastalwood film industry, we are celebrating its success with a huge programme. There will be a musical programme, magic show, dance and other entertainment programmes, wherein celebrities will participate. Most of the songs in the musical programme will be from “Girgit” movie only,” he said.
Roopesh Shetty thanked all those who extended their support to the movie. He said that he has been receiving various opportunities after the success of his movie and is now acting in a Kannada movie.
