Free COVID 19 vaccination drive initiated by Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute

Mangaluru: Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute, Mangaluru has taken the initiative to administer free COVID 19 vaccination to all people of Dakshina Kannada.

The formal inauguration of this event held on Friday,19 March in the auditorium of Indiana Hospital.

Dr. K.V. Rajendra, Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada District, and Dr. Ramachandra Bairy, District Health Officer, DK inaugurated the free covid-19 vaccination drive.

The number of COVID cases is increasing in the state and India is expecting a second wave of this pandemic. People are not responding up to expectations for the Vaccination drive initiated by the Government of India.
Hence as part of social responsibility, Indiana Hospital is taking the initiative of vaccination drive all over the district and making an effort to make people of Dakshina Kannada free from COVID.

 Dr. Yusuf Kumble Managing Director of Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute and Dr. Ali Kumble Chairman of Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute were present.
