Mangalore: Coastal Karnataka’s reputed real estate firm Nirmaan Homes commenced its new dream “Dvaraka Enclave” with the foundation stone laying ceremony.The formal function was held at 9 am on May 5 at the project site situated at Derebail, Mangaluru.
District President of Indian Red Cross Society C A Shantharam Shetty laid the foundation stone for the new project “Dvaraka Enclave” which is promoted by Rao and Rao Builders and co-promoted by Ashirvaad Infra Developers.
Speaking on the occasion, C A Shantharam Shetty congratulated all the stakeholders of Dvaraka Enclave. He praised the efforts of builders Krishanraj Mayya and Narasimha Rao for having conceived the thought of building a beautiful residential complex in Derebail. Both are contributing to the Prime Minister Modi’s “House for All” scheme, he added.
Mangaluru has been in the forefront of providing exceptional amenities. The smart city and and the high-speed highway project will take the city to new heights. Derebail is taking giant steps in becoming the heart of Mangaluru in terms of infrastructural development.
