Mangaluru: “Don’t be suspicious of Wenlock Hospital’s virology lab as the reports are precise and accurate,” said Superintendent of Wenlock Hospital Dr Sadashiv on Wednesday, May 6.
Close on the heels of allegations being made about the inaccuracies of the reports from the virology lab at the Wenlock hospital, Dr Sadashiv informed that the lab has been working under three shifts.
As there are many throat swab samples coming from the Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts, the reports get delayed, he explained.
The lab has given reports for 669 throat swabs in the past three days. Hence, one should not be suspicious about the lab reports from the of Wenlock hospital, he said.
