The 1989 issue of a weekly Kannada magazine published out of Mangaluru is said to contain information about the current coronavirus infection. Now, images of the magazine have gone viral on social media.
The article in the magazine states that such a virus cannot survive in the body of any animal except that of a man. The thirty-year-old article also talks about the virus affecting those people who have low immunity.
