CREDAI REALTY EXPO inaugurated in the city

Mangalore:The state minister for forests Ramanatha Rai inaugurated the CREDAI REALTY EXPO in the TMA Pai Hall of the city on 28th September today.

Minister Rai in his inaugural address said, “Mangalore is developing in a very brisk rate and has become the most developing city in the state after Bangalore.

With the development the builders need to have a concern towards the others. If we are able to maintain the peace and harmony in the society, then the development takes place automatically.”

Speaking about CREDAI he said, “CREDAI has been working to provide good housing for the common man. It is very appreciable that along with development the it has the concern towards the environment too.”

Minsiter Abhayachandra Jain and Vinay Kumar Sorake,MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Moideen Bava, SCDCC Chief Rajendra Kumar, CREDAI president Pushparaj Jain and its office bearers Ganesh Bangera, KC NAIK, PMA RAZAK were present at the occasion.

About 25 stalls have been already put by various companies for the benefit of the customers.

The two-day realty exhibition will focus on Booking of apartments at the spot and various bank stalls have been opened to avail loan facility for the apartments.
For the customers who avail spot booking will have a chance to win Hyundai i10 car as first prize, Honda Activa as II prize and 32 inch TV as III prize.
