Mangaluru: A disinfectant spraying machine began covering the city with anti-viral solutions on Monday, March 23.
This machine began functioning in the city as a measure to control the spread of highly contagious diseases, including coronavirus (COVID-19). The machine sprayed disinfectants in almost all public areas of the city.

Meanwhile, health and revenue officials of the Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) created awareness among the public about the safety measures to prevent the spread of contagious diseases and maintaining cleanliness.
Mayor Diwakar Pandeshwar, Commissioner Shanady Ajith Kumar Hegde among others were present.
