Mangaluru: In an unfortunate incident, a couple met their tragic end after a mini lorry rammed into their scooter, at Nanthoor, here on Tuesday, June 12.
Mohammed Sameer(32) and his wife Amreena(20), a resident of Fakirakatte Kaup are the deceased. The duo was travelling towards Padil when the speeding mini lorry hit the scooter from behind, injuring them seriously.
Amreena succumbed to her injuries while being taken to the hospital while Sameer died in the hospital.
Both were married two years ago. Sameer who was employed abroad had come to his native about a month ago
