Mangaluru: The stand-up, Comedy sensation Dr Mashoor Gulati aka Sunil Grover of “The Kapil Sharma Show” entralled Mangaloreans with his wit and humor here on March 19 during the grand launching ceremony of Bhandary VERTICA.
The audience cheered and whistled as soon as the celebrated stand-up comedian entered the stage with his trademark style of his character in ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ Dr Mashoor Gulati. He also entertained the audience with his funny anactments playing another character from the show ‘Gutti’ which reverberated with loud cheer from the audience. He also mingled with the audience and held some spot games.
He was felicitated by the Bhandary family on the occasion.
Sunil Grover, one of the highlights of The Kapil Sharma Show (TKSS) since Day one of its launch, has not only been entertaining the audience by playing multiple characters, but also ensuring that each of his acts are unique in one way or the other. From playing a perfect female Haryanavi cop to portraying Dr. Mashoor Gulati and playing a Gutthi-like character in Rinku Bhabhi to turning into Surya Prakash, the comedian has proved himself to be a versatile performer.
Prior to Sunil Grover’s show, Bhandary VERTICA, a premium apartment project situated in Pinto’s Lane in Kadri was launched on Sunday. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, orthopaedic surgeon and pro-chancellor of Nitte University Dr Shantharam Shetty, MLA J R Lobo were the chief guests. The launching ceremony also witnesses a music concert by Kannada playback singers Hemanth, Supriya Lohith and Ajay Warrier.
