The launching ceremony was conducted in the plot with a brief foundation stone laying ceremony and prayers. Satya Krishna Bhat performed the necessary puja and rituals required for the ceremony. Three partners of Citadel Developers, Sandeep Kumar, Ram Kumar Bekal and Ajith Kumar took part in the rituals and laid the foundation stone to mark the construction of their new project. The well-wishers and close friends of the developers joined in to give their good wishes for the project.

The structure of Citadel ‘Magnum Sky Villa’ will be engineered by Anil Hegde of ‘Vimal Anil Structural and Survey Consultants’ with the architectural expertise given by ‘Upalekar Sadekar Architects and Interior Designers’. Ravi Shankar A N is the Project Management Consultant working with Mahabala Kottary, Keshav Amin and Shashidhar Maarla who are the civil, electrical and plumbing contractors respectively. The chartered accountancy will be taken care of by Alwyn Rodrigues.

The name ‘Magnum Sky Villa’ complements the amenities and facilities that the building will boast about. There will be one villa on each floor with private terrace and garden, which leaves 75 per cent of the periphery of each house with an open end.

Eleven four-bedroom luxury apartments compliant to Vastu will have two car parks, a security video phone, waste food disposer, furnished entrance lobby and RO purified drinking water facilities. The building will also be equipped with reticulated gas connection, children’s play area, back-up generator and a 12 KW 3 phase power supply.

To top it all, the residents of this building can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the nearby landscape while they swim in the infinity pool. The residents will be able to have a 360 degree view of Mangaluru skyline on the building terrace and probably even feed the pigeons while they are at it.
