With the dead body of her mother kept at home, Shaiba, a student of Al-Madina School of Naringana here had to write her SSLC exam at Montepadau govt high school.

Shaiba’s mother, Safiya died on Tuesday, after a prolonged illness and on Wednesday, Shaiba had to write the examination.

While her family supported her, a special chamber was allotted for Shaiba at the exam centre so that she could focus on clearing the exam.

ASHA workers and teachers ensured that the student was not facing any problem in the chamber.
