Mangaluru: KPCC Member and Convenor of Election Committee for the Indian National Congress in Dakshina Kannada Former MLC Ivan D’Souza said “BJP government is responsible for the Covid related deaths.”
Speaking at the press conference here on Saturday, June 5 he said, “the BJP government has completely failed in providing vaccines to the citizens of India. Indian National Congress has started a campaign in social media and requested the central government to provide free vaccination to all,” he said.
“The government has stated that it has reserved the amount of Rs. 36,000 crores for the vaccination purpose but it is not ready to disclose the reports and hiding the actual facts,” he alleged.
Expressing anguish over the additional relief package announced by Chief Minster Yediyurappa he said, “Kerala has The government has announced the package of Rs. 20,000 crores, whereas Karnataka has announced just Rs. 1750 crores relief package. BJP government is responsible for all deaths caused, as it has completely failed in managing the Covid pandemic,” he charged.
